At Mile High K-9, we will never charge more for play time or exercise! Every dog in our care receives extensive exercise, outside time, and when possible, will be integrated into a dog play/socialization group as seen fit by Mile High K-9. We believe both mental and physical exercise is key to a happy dog! When your dog stays here, they become a part of the Mile High family and will be treated with the same care as our own dogs! We primarily only board dogs that have graduated from one of our training programs.
Our Kennel
Your dog will be kept on our home property, so there will always be someone there overnight. We have 24/7 monitoring inside and outside the kennel. Our kennel is climate controlled and each dog has a raised bed in their personal indoor/outdoor run. We have multiple play yards and the entire property is fenced for added safety.
Fees
- $50 per day for a dog that has completed a Board and Train Program under our instruction. Additional dogs from the same household that have also completed a Board and Train Program under our instruction are $45 per day
- $65 and up per day, per dog that has not completed a Board and Train Program. Please contact us for an evaluation and quote
- $125/Day for females in heat (when possible)
- $75/Day and up for Human Aggressive dogs or dogs with severe behavioral needs requiring specialized care and attention (extreme anxiety, destructiveness, etc)
The day you drop your dog off is Day 1. You will be charged a full day of boarding for the day you pick your dog up unless they are picked up before 11 a.m. If your dog is staying overnight, but less than 24 hours, and is picked up after 11 a.m. we will charge you a day and a half. (Example 2 p.m. to 2 p.m. will be $75 for Board and Train Graduates or $97 for others)
