- There is a charge for every calendar day your dog is in our care. The day you drop your dog off is Day 1. The day you pick up is also a full day.
- Drop off and pick up hours are by appointment only, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. and 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, between 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and between 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. - There will be no drop offs or pick ups on major holidays including: Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Please plan to drop off the day prior or pick your pup up the following day.
- Please bring your dog’s normal food. Make sure to pack enough for their whole stay plus 1-3 extra days in case of emergency.
- All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella vaccines. We do accept current titers.
- All dogs must have a current heartworm negative test as well as be flea free and on some type of preventative.
- If your dog shows signs of worms, fleas, or other parasites while in our care, he/she will be treated (which may include a vet visit) and you will be responsible for payment, as well as a $65 travel and time fee.
- If there is a medical reason your dog cannot have one of these vaccines or preventatives, please contact us.
- You are welcome to bring a blanket or towel for bedding. All dogs are provided with a raised cot in their kennel. Please do not bring anything that has sentimental value.
- You are welcome to bring 1 to 2 bones or chew toys that your dog can safely have in their run. We will not give rawhides so please do not bring them.
- Please do not bring bowls (unless it is a slow feeder or raised bowl).

- Dogs will be incorporated into play groups at the discretion of the Mile High K-9 staff. Play groups are not guaranteed with every stay as it depends what other dogs are here.
- During their stay, we offer a basic bath, ear cleaning, and nail trim (when possible) for $50. Nail trim only is $15. Bath and ear cleaning only is $40. We are not groomers, but we can get them cleaned up!
- We are happy to provide supplements and vet prescribed medications to your dog at no additional charge. Injectable medications and medications that need to be given at a specific time of day (for example at exactly 6 am vs with breakfast) are an additional $10/day. Please bring all medications pre-portioned out in a pill container marked by day/time of day, as well as the prescription bottle with extras in case you are delayed. Please bring whatever means you typically use to deliver the meds (pill pocket, cheese, bread, etc) to keep your dog in the same routine.
