SCHOOLS

Children bringing drugs into schools is a major problem. Illegal substance abuse is directly related to increased violence, decreased focus, lack of feeling safe, and other poor behaviors. We have an obligation to do everything in our power to helps our kids feel safe and secure in their learning environment. Seeing dogs in the school is proven to be a great deterrent. It shows the students, parents, and community that your school is taking a proactive approach and that the safety of your students is a priority.

How It Works:

We highly recommend random, unannounced visits. We work with you to determine the best plan for your individual needs. We do not interfere with daily routines – there is no need for lockdowns.

Upon arrival we check in with our point of contact. A school appointed official with accompany each dog and handler team throughout the search.  We are able to search classrooms, lockers, restrooms, common areas, and parking lots. We can also attend school functions such as dances, sports games, rallies, etc as a visual presence and deterrent.
